We are seeking to recruit a full-time School First Aider to join our growing team at PASCAL Private School Lemesos.

Requirements
- Providing first aid and basic care to pupils and staff in the event of injury or sudden illness
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records for pupils and ensuring all information is accurately updated
- Developing and managing individual healthcare plans for pupils with chronic illnesses, allergies, or other medical conditions, in collaboration with parents and medical professionals
- Planning and implementing preventive health measures to control the spread of infections, including delivering awareness sessions for pupils, parents, and staff
- Managing the storage, stock, and proper use of first aid and medical supplies, ensuring readiness for emergencies
- Arranging emergency transportation to hospitals, ensuring all required medical documentation is prepared for hospitalisation, when needed
- Coordinating first aid provisions for school trips and off-site activities, including emergency medication and protocols
- Providing confidential health consultations and refer pupils and staff to external healthcare professionals, as needed
- Coordinating with parents / guardians and medical professionals in case of emergencies or special medical needs
- Acquiring any other duties assigned by the management and are related to first aid activities
Minimum qualifications
- Advanced / specialised first aid certificate from a recognized organisation
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) & Certification Paediatric First Aid certificate will be considered as an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience working as an advanced / specialised first aider
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and emergency situations
- Problem solving skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language
