We are seeking to recruit a full-time School Secretary to join our growing team at PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos.

Requirements
- Provide secretarial and clerical support in the day-to-day operations of the school
- Support the pupils’ enrolments and completion of all the necessary enrolment documents
- Provide receptionist services to staff, pupils and visitors
- Respond to enquiries from parents/guardians, pupils, and visitors or public
- Administrate all correspondence and paperwork related to the operations of the school
- Completing and submitting required documentation or electronic data
- Assisting the Administrative Officer (where applicable), Assistant Head Teachers, and the Head Teachers
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of records
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Office Administration or a similar field
- Minimum five years of proven experience in the field
- Proficiency in office management (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages
