We are seeking to recruit a full-time Information Technology Support Technician to join our growing team at PASCAL Private School Lemesos.
The selected candidate will be base at the campus of PASCAL Private School in Lemesos and will also be required to periodically visit the premises of the organisation located in other cities.

Requirements
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees of the organisation
- Respond to service requests and incidents ensuring timely resolution to IT matters
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including hardware failures, software errors, and connectivity issues, through remote assistance for all schools or on-site visits for the schools located in Lemesos
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, antivirus scans, and system backups, in order to ensure the reliability and security of IT systems
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment, multimedia devices, and classroom technology for instructional purposes
- Collaborate with other IT staff members and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require specialised experience and expertise
- Educate employees on the use of technology resources, software applications and best practices for information security
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT support area and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and processes
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology Support Technician or a Certificate in Information Technology or a similar field, will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience as an Information Technology Support Technician or a similar role
- Solid knowledge of Information Technology systems and applications
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
